About the Job
Key Responsibilities
  •  Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner. 
  •  Verify that each order is complete and accurate before serving. 
  •  Communicate with kitchen staff and servers regarding order status. 
  •  Describe dishes and answer basic menu questions when serving food. 
  •  Assist servers with guest requests as needed. 
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations. 
  •  Refill water, condiments, and supplies when necessary. 
  •  Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. 
  •  Help clear tables and reset dining areas when required. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Excellent attention to detail. 
  •  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
  •  Ability to carry trays and lift moderate weights. 
  •  Positive attitude and customer-service orientation. 
  •  Previous restaurant experience is preferred but often not required. 
Working Conditions
  •  Standing and walking for most of the shift. 
  •  Working evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
  •  Exposure to busy kitchen and dining room environments.
